acma is a turkish soft bread that is twisted and rolled into a bagel shape. we roll parsley garlic butter into our acma, giving it a green characteristic, and its name, acma verde.  

method

shipton mill bread flower is combined with water, milk, yeast, olive oil, sugar, and salt. We call it bread flour because of the high protein content, which allows for better structure.
