Description
Chickpeas three ways. Smooth hummus, contrasted by soft masabacha, and crispy chickpeas. Our hummus is garnish with a vibrant green zhoug, and plenty of sumac.
Method
Chickpeas are blended with tahini, lemon, and garlic. Chickpeas are roughly mashed before tahini, lemon, and parsley are folded in to make our masabacha. Green zhoug includes blended coriander, parsley, with oil, lemon, and salt. Chickpeas are deep fried and tossed with salt to create our crispy chickpea garnish.
